

ABOUT ME

Trevor is a veteran of Commercial Real Estate & Mortgage Banking since 1997, with experience in real estate sales, commercial lending, capital markets, investment acquisitions, and asset management.
During his career, he has analyzed, sold, or acquired thousands of commercial real estate assets, overseen the management of more than 6000 units of multifamily housing, and underwritten billions of dollars of commercial loans.
Trevor was also a Professor of Real Estate Finance in the Masters of Real Estate Development program at Portland State University from 2011-2019. In his spare time, he still speaks regularly to universities, non-profits, and professional associations, teaching career-building and development workshops throughout the United States.
He has trained thousands of real estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other professionals in the analysis of real estate investments and sales skills used by top agents worldwide.
Trevor is the recipient of numerous national and local community service awards, including the prestigious United States Presidential Volunteer Service Award, the Portland Business Journal's 'Forty Under 40' Award, and many others. He earned both his Bachelor's and Master's degrees from the University of Oregon, and currently lives in Portland, Oregon.
